Abstract

Pengelolaan slip gaji secara manual di Kantor BAPPEDA Provinsi Papua Tengah menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain proses yang memakan waktu, risiko kesalahan input, serta kurangnya efisiensi dalam distribusi dokumen. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembuatan slip gaji melalui pengembangan sistem digital berbasis aplikasi sederhana yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, serta pelatihan kepada staf BAPPEDA. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi proses, kecepatan distribusi slip gaji, serta akurasi data. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong peningkatan literasi digital dan kemandirian pegawai dalam pengelolaan administrasi keuangan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya adopsi teknologi sederhana namun tepat guna dalam mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan daerah yang lebih efisien.
