Abstract

iNews is an online news portal in Indonesia owned by the MNC Group which has a significant role in providing information to the public about the 2024 presidential election. The hierarchy of influence model is a framework for examining the way media owners, managers, and journalists view the influence on reporting on the presidential election. Ganjar Pranowo, which was published on all the bold news portals iNews, aims to explain the factors that are considered to influence the reporting of Ganjar Pranowo's presidential election on iNews.id. Therefore, this is what is interesting to research. The method used is qualitative research, with the result that iNews.id in making news uses the most dominant level of organizational influence in Ganjar Pranowo's reporting on iNews.id.
