Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of the impact of Halal Certification, Halal Awareness, and the Use of Halal Raw Materials on Increasing Business Scale (Phenomenological Study of Restaurants in Kendari City). The type of data used is qualitative descriptive data in the form of data derived from the understanding and experience of 3 restaurant business owners in 2024. Furthermore, the data collection method used is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method in this research went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.

The results of this research show that the meaning of Halal Certification, Halal Awareness, and Use of Halal Raw Materials has a positive impact on increasing the business scale of restaurants in the city of Kendari.
