Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the process of buying and selling transactions carried out by the people of Kendari city through the online system, (2) To find out the process of suitability of online buying and selling transactions carried out with the principles (harmonies and conditions) of buying and selling in greetings.

Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) Online buying and selling transactions carried out by the majority of people are in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective, which fulfills the legal requirements for buying and selling salam, but there are still a small number of people whose transactions do not comply with the legal requirements for buying and selling salam. namely that the transac tion goods do not match what the buyer wants, while in the greeting contract the object of sale and purchase is stated to be clear and measurable, there is also an element of gharar, namely a discrepancy between the goods ordered falsely and the goods received by the buyer and there is also a prohibition where there are consumers who feel disappointed, while buying and selling must be done like and like without any party being wronged. The use of the greeting contract is permitted in the online buying and selling transaction system as long as it meets the requirements of the greeting contract. (2) factors that influence the buying interest of Kendari city residents are need factors, price factors, efficiency factors, availability of goods and condition factors.
